About this role
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Marketing Manager to join a top client specializing in trading education. This role will lead the marketing efforts to drive growth for their products and services in a rapidly expanding industry of stocks and options trading, financial publishing, and investment education. Over the past few years, our client has helped thousands of investors worldwide enhance their performance in the financial markets.

The ideal candidate will bring both strategic thinking and technical expertise in media buying, campaign management, and digital marketing. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing media buying, creating detailed campaign calendars, performing market research, and overseeing execution across various platforms. Additionally, experience with integrations, landing page creation, and CRM systems is essential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive growth and increase customer acquisition.

  • Manage media buying across digital platforms, ensuring the most cost-effective strategies are used to optimize ad spend.

  • Create and maintain detailed marketing plans, including daily, monthly, and annual strategies.

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis, leveraging data to refine campaigns and stay ahead of trends.

  • Oversee the creation and management of landing pages, digital ads, and CRM campaigns.

  • Advise on brand strategy development to ensure brand consistency across all channels.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.

  • Manage and optimize annual marketing budgets, adjusting strategies based on performance data.

  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of marketing professionals to ensure successful campaign execution.

Job requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in marketing, project management, and media buying.

  • Expertise in media buying (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) and optimizing campaigns for performance.

  • Proficient in building landing pages, using CRM tools, and handling integrations (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Infusionsoft).

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing metrics, consumer trends, and competitive insights.

  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and develop marketing strategies that drive business growth.

  • Experience with digital marketing channels (PPC, SEO, email marketing, social media marketing, etc.).

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to mentor and motivate a team.

  • A degree in marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Certifications in platforms such as HubSpot, Google Ads/Analytics, or Salesforce are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an agency environment.

  • Knowledge of advanced CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

  • Experience with coding, website development, or working with web development teams.

Location

  • Our client has offices in Fairfield, Connecticut, and Chicago. While candidates within a nearby radius are highly desired, we are open to remote applicants with the right experience.

Compensation:

  • 80,000-100,000 DOE
