We are seeking a strategic and innovative Marketing Manager to work exclusively with a top client specializing in trading education. This role will lead the marketing efforts and drive growth for their products and services. Our client is an industry leader in stocks and options trading, financial publishing, and investment education. Over the last few years, they’ve experienced rapid growth and have helped thousands of investors worldwide enhance their performance in the financial markets.

The Marketing Manager will develop daily, monthly, and annual marketing strategies, create a comprehensive campaign calendar, establish brand strategy, set budgets & media buying, and conduct market and competitor analysis. As the Marketing Manager, you will oversee the execution of our marketing strategy, guiding a team of marketing managers and professionals.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy that propels business growth.

  • Analyze key performance metrics, market research, competitor insights, campaign results, and consumer trends.

  • Adjust marketing plans based on analysis and insights to enhance consumer understanding and align with business goals.

  • Equip the sales team with effective tools and materials.

  • Advise on corporate brand development.

  • Identify new business opportunities and provide actionable strategies for the marketing and sales teams.

  • Manage annual marketing budgets effectively.

  • Foster strong relationships with managers across the organization.

  • Oversee a wide range of marketing activities, from digital to social media and market research.

  • Coordinate with external agencies to maximize marketing efforts.

  • Mentor and guide the marketing team on priorities, budgets, and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market analysis and evaluate campaign effectiveness.

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team to achieve strategic objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.

  • Establish best practices and leverage insights to refine marketing plans.

Job requirements

  • Experienced in project management with comprehensive marketing knowledge.

  • Media Buying Experience

  • Skilled at building relationships across teams and with external partners.

  • A strong communicator, capable of providing expert guidance.

  • Proficient in content creation, CRM, social media marketing, SEO, public relations, email marketing, PPC, and automation.

  • Analytical, with the ability to interpret marketing metrics and trends to identify opportunities.

  • Adaptable and calm under pressure in a fast-paced, changing environment.

  • Educated with a BS/BA in business management, marketing, advertising, or a related field with 5-10 years of equivalent experience

Location

  • Our client has offices in Fairfield, Connecticut, and Chicago. While candidates within a nearby radius are highly desired, we are open to remote applicants with the right experience.

Compensation:

  • 80,000-100,000k DOE
