About the Role
We’re looking for a Performance Creative Strategist who can merge creativity with performance data. This role is perfect for someone who thinks like a marketer, executes like a creative, and optimizes like a media buyer. You’ll concept, produce, and refine ad creative across digital platforms—then use performance insights to make it even better.

This is a hands-on role: you’ll be writing copy, storyboarding, and editing video/static ads while collaborating with media buyers, strategists, and designers to ensure creative aligns with campaign goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative strategies for ads across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Native, and other paid channels.

  • Translate product research, audience psychology, and performance data into high-impact creative concepts.

  • Script, storyboard, and produce direct-response video and static ads designed for performance.

  • Edit videos and design static image ads (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, or similar).

  • Collaborate with media buyers and strategists to align creative direction with KPIs and campaign objectives.

  • Run competitive creative audits and identify new messaging angles.

  • Monitor ad performance, analyze creative metrics, and adjust/edit assets to improve results.

  • Conduct structured A/B testing and document learnings for future creative iterations.

  • Present creative strategy, testing outcomes, and recommendations to internal teams and clients.

Job requirements

  • Experience:

    • 3+ years of experience in marketing strategy or video production within a marketing agency or similar environment.

  • Skills and Expertise:

    • Strong understanding of direct-response advertising and digital performance metrics.

    • Hands-on experience with video editing and static design (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, or similar).

    • Ability to interpret ad account data and translate insights into actionable creative optimizations.

    • Familiarity with motion/creative analytics platforms (e.g., Motion, VidTao, or similar).

    • Excellent copywriting skills for short-form ad creative (Meta, YouTube, TikTok strongly preferred).

    • Agency experience preferred.

    • Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

    • A portfolio demonstrating performance-focused creative work is required.

  • Compensation

    • $75,000-95,000
