Job description

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead all marketing activities for SPM clients including but not limited to lead generation, new customer acquisitions, front-end funnel creation, email drip sequences, and strategy for all digital marketing efforts. Strikepoint is seeking a results-driven, analytical and creative leader to transform the way our clients market to prospective customers by primarily using digital marketing tactics.

The Marketing Manager will work closely with our Account Managers to grow and scale our client accounts. While the Account Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day client relationship, the Marketing Manager is responsible for developing strategies that the agency executes for respective clients.

This position is open to remote work as well as in-office.  


  • Lead all digital consumer acquisition strategies, with a focus on data-driven strategies;

  • End-to-end ownership of the strategy, budget, execution, and measurement of all marketing channels;

  • Lead implementation of the Marketing strategy – including digital campaigns, events, and strategic partnerships;

  • Collaborate with digital team & clients to generate ideas and represent marketing needs in the development of new features, landing pages, and conversion rate improvement strategy;

  • Develop analytics strategy for all activities and review, analyze and recommend new approaches based on findings;

  • Provide strategic vision and oversight to enhance clients public image and build strong ties with the community;

The successful candidate has:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer acquisition and retention marketing practices;

  • Has deep experience with analytics and using data and metrics to inform strategies;

  • Experience building strong marketing campaigns from the ground up, especially digital marketing acquisition experience (email, display, social media, etc.);

  • Passion for the “big idea,” but is also data-driven and able to measure the impact of campaigns through analytics;

  • Has demonstrated excellence in building strategic partnerships with complementary organizations;

  • Is a strategic thinker who can collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders and a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams;

  • Is passionate about growing businesses and the finance space

Job requirements

  • BS/BA in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field

  • Internship experience within a marketing environment, preferably at an advertising, digital or marketing agency

  • Must be social media savvy

  • Technically savvy, comfortable using multiple software applications (i.e., proficiency in Word, Excel, Photoshop)

  • Excellent organizational skills, including attention to precise details

  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Self-motivated, committed, tenacious, and goal-oriented.

  • Positive, professional, and enthusiastic “can-do” attitude

  • Basic graphic design skills required

  • Experience with marketing automation and email service providers (Act-on, MailChimp) a plus

  • Experience with Unbounce, LeadPages, or similar a plus
