We are looking for a strong Creative Director to lead our Creative Services Divison and our team of designers and creatives.

The Creative Director uses their expertise and guidance to make sure creative team members work together like a well-oiled machine, consistently cranking out genius deliverables, meeting deadlines, and landing work from desirable clients.

They are responsible for the overall quality of work produced by the creative department. Essential to this role is a strong passion for design, leadership abilities, and management skills.

This position will be responsible for the following:

  •  Managing the creative process from concept to completion

  • Translating marketing objectives into clear creative strategies

  • Leading and directing the creative team in the production of all marketing collateral

  • Ensuring visual communication and brand standards are met for our clients

  • Inspiring the team to raise the bar and push creative boundaries

  • Overseeing profitability, deliverables, timelines, and budgets for the creative department

  • Meeting with clients to explain creative strategies and solutions

  • Reviewing work, troubleshooting, motivating, and providing feedback to creative teams

  • Remaining actively involved in hiring and training creative staff

  • Managing and cultivating the career development of creative team members, including designers, art directors, copywriters, photographers, and web developers

  • Create training materials for the creative team and Strikepoint as a whole

  • Provide Project Managers with detailed insights on which creative team members are best suited for which types of projects based on skill set, experience and desires/goals.

Job requirements

  • College Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or other related field preferred.
  • 5-10 years of experience working with a creative marketing agency.
  • A combination of experience with brand and marketing design is highly desired.
